Work Package Seven

Work Package Seven

 Approach:  Coordination and management (WP7)

Coordination of all project activities, providing support to other work packages and ensure smooth implementation of the project activities will be done by WP7. This work package will also function as a portal for engagement with EACCR3, and other relevant initiatives beyond this project.

Together with WP6, WP7 will keep active engagement of key stakeholders especially high-level stakeholders such as ministries of health and major funders to HIV care like PEPFAR.

To achieve its mandate, WP7 will:

  1. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations as laid down in the grant and consortium agreements
  2. Promote open communication and decision making within the consortium
  3. Ensure active engagement and linkages with EACCR2 and other similar EDCTP funded consortia
